DK lll: Master Race #7 Variant

Known to have more than it's fair share of variant incentive covers, 'The Dark Knight lll: Master Race' all featured multiple covers by artists all over the industry. Most of these covers paid homage to original 'Dark Knight Returns' book with varying versions of scenes lifted from the story.

With this cover, I wanted to portray the characters of the story as if it was a typical monthly release that you would see on newsstands in the mid-late 90's. The sense of caution and danger are expressed in the characters faces, set against the backdrop of a flaming alleyway.
